New FAQs and eSupport
Hi everybody,
Today we’re officially launching our new FAQ and Support pages. These two updates will make a huge improvement in our ability to quickly answer questions or provide support to anyone who might need it. The new pages are live and are already working out great so if you’ve been having any trouble with the site, or if you’re just wondering what benefits you’re provided upon creating a free account, stop by our new support site and take a look around.

It would be nice to have the ability to send personalized share emails. This way our recipients could better identify that it’s not spam.

I can’t believe how much faster you are than the other sharing sites. The people I who download my files love not having to wait a minute or so and also being able to download more than one file. If you can keep this up, I’ll be a user for life. I’ve been telling everyone about you. If they have any sense they will show up.
