Fun with fixes…
First of all, we really appreciate the warm reception we’ve received from all of our users and the feedback you’ve already given us has been invaluable as we make progress towards some useful new features that we’ll be releasing in the coming weeks.
It recently came to our attention that there is a bug in our data distribution software that may cause that may cause some files to become temporarily unavailable for download. This pesky little critter manifests itself as a “File Not Found” error after clicking the download link. While this is only affecting select file downloads, and is currently quite rare (yet annoying) we’re investigating its source to insure that we fix it completely. We are actively monitoring errors as they occur on the site, and if you would like correspondence / verification of the problem being corrected then email it over and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
